Individual sessions are not routinely recorded. If you request that your individual session be
recorded, an audio recording may be made and provided to you after the session for your
personal use. You are responsible for downloading and retaining the recording.Any recording provided to you is for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce,
distribute, publicly post, sell, share, or otherwise use the recording without written permission.
If a class, event, or other offering is recorded and made available to participants, any applicable
recording or replay terms will be communicated as part of that offering.
7. Registration and Payment
Registration or purchase of a service, class, event, or other offering is subject to the terms
presented at the time of registration or purchase.
Prices and offerings may change before registration.
Payment may be processed through a third-party payment service. We do not control the privacy
practices or security practices of independently operated payment services.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

regarding tips, practice opportunities, events, classes, sessions, programs, and other offerings. I
may unsubscribe or inform Susan Melchione that I prefer to opt out at any time.
Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not necessarily stop service-related or transactional
communications that are necessary to fulfill a request or provide a service.
Email consent and SMS/text-message consent are separate. Choosing to receive email
communications does not automatically mean that I have consented to receive text messages.

Susan Melchione has prior experience as a Social Worker, she is not currently providing services

psychological conditions and does not prescribe medication or treatment. She is not acting as a
physician, psychotherapist, attorney, financial advisor, or other licensed professional.
